CHAPTER SIX

The Organic Food Diet

 

Organic food is a controversial subject. I’m a bit of a poisoned food whistleblower for anyone who is curious and wants to know what they’re actually eating. And basically if its not packaged, processed, sprayed and filled with chemicals, it’s more organic than not. If it’s labeled Organic and comes from a farmers market or even the Organic section in a supermarket, I don’t argue with the authenticity and I bless the food. If its packaged and labeled Organic, I look to see if its certified and if it lists preservatives in the ingredients.  You shouldn’t be surprised with the deception in marketing.

 

I’ve been what you would call a picky eater all my life. I never liked eating meat, for no good or logical reason. As a little boy, when my mother always demanded, ¨David, eat your meat,¨ I remember feeding it to my dog under the table. One day in 1968 I got sick after eating a Big Mac and that was it. I was also disgusted working in a fast food chicken shop. I simply stopped eating meat and chicken. I never identified with being a vegetarian. It was just food I didn’t want to eat. What I ate or didn’t eat was my business and no-one else’s. Today, 57 years later, I’m encouraging people in this writing to eat farm fresh lean meat.

 

To tell the truth, I don’t know what is actually organic and what isn’t – it’s all very confusing. 99% of the crop fields in the US are sprayed with pesticides. Any organic farm downwind is getting pesticides on their now so-called organic plants.  What I’m saying, as out there as it sounds, is that a good intention counts, that the thought that the food you’re eating is good for you and your body has tremendous value. This is why I encourage ¨joy food.¨ If you’re in loving happy company eating pizza, drinking beer and eating cheesecake, that’s great. An over-consumption daily addiction to it isn’t.

 

I only eat what is labeled organic. I want to trust that Costco Kirkland Organic Blueberries are actually organic. My intention is to eat organic, and I’m not sure if everything I’m eating is. So, I bless my food with good intention. The proof: I do know that like never before in my life, every single day without fail, my same colored poop is a foot long and a good inch thick. This convinces me, 100% organic or not, that what I’m eating has healed my debilitating sarcopenia disease and is making me very healthy at 78.

 

In writing this small book, I want to present how huge and nutritionally inclusive a whole foods – organic – diet is – and that it is not some fanatic fad.  I’m presenting you with good food that you can totally enjoy in a well-prepared delicious organic whole foods diet,. And with this diet you can be healthy and happy, living a long disease free quality life.

As long as you just say no to the chips filled with worms.

 

The foods listed in the previous chapter are the best foods to eat if you are a senior with weak leg muscles, and most liked have the disease call Sarcopenia. In order to heal this disease you must begin eating good whole foods, preferably organic food, and nothing that is listed below.

 

The foods with little or no nutritional value and deemed dangerous to eat:

  1. Any field crop that has been sprayed with pesticides.
  2. Any food that has been Processed in a food factory
  3. Any food that has been altered with chemicals, like GMO’s
  4. Any food that has been preserved and packaged to stay fresh.
  5. Any sugary drinks or so-called energy boosters like Gatorade.
  6. Any processed and fortified wheat products

Chemical preservatives in food will negatively impact the gut microbiome by disrupting the balance of beneficial and harmful bacteria. Entering the bloodstream, these unnatural food products form plaque which eventually blocks the blood flow, which is the cause of almost every disease. 

CHAPTER SEVEN

 

FOOD NOT TO EAT

 

 

You must avoid any food that contains chemicals, GMO’s, and preservatives, because they decrease your essential levels of L-arginine and Nitric Oxide – by damaging your gut biomes and poisoning your body’s healthy bacteria.

 

Sarcopenia, the age-related loss of muscle mass and function, is a growing concern as the global population continues to age. It is associated with physical disability, decreased quality of life, and increased risk of falls and fractures. Nutritional interventions have been found to be effective in the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia.

The biochemical properties of natural foods play a crucial role in the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia. This chapter explores the dangers of toxic nutritional interventions, hindering the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia.

Please be aware: no matter how popular and “tasty” these foods are, all foods listed below contain “NATURAL FLAVORS.” In reality it’s a deceptive label for a garbage dump of toxic chemicals, up to 100 and often containing aborted fetal tissue as a stabilizer. Orville Redenbacher = popcorn. Microwave popcorn is a health danger. Pasta-Roni =  Italian pasta and sauces. Pepperidge Farms = cookies and bread.

CHAPTER EIGHT

 

The Food Dilemma

 

 

Imagine that I am society, your culture and upbringing, and I walk up to you with a cup of poison and say, “I want you to drink at least one cup of this every day for the rest of your life.” And you ask, “You say it’s poison and you want me to drink it? Why?” And society answers, “Because I know what’s good for you, and I said so. Don’t ask me why again. Just drink it.” And you do. At least 95% of the people in almost every society in the world drink the poison, because of some very ill-conceived, illogical and deadly mandate the misguided, possibly draconian, “authority” has concocted.

 

“The devil made me do it,” is closer to the truth than you want to admit, and their joke is on you. If you knew you were the sucker in a con game, would you keep playing?

 

95% of the people on earth are living an illusion, a delusion, thinking they are immune to the poison, not possibly the fool of the con. They all think, “this cheeseburger tastes so good, there is no way it could be poison.” Or, “The alcohol I’m drinking and the drugs my doctor prescribed couldn’t possibly be poison.” Or, “There is no way that genetic modified food or the poison Roundup they sprayed on all the vegetables I eat could possibly harm me. No way.” Or, “The sugar I put in my coffee, in this Snickers bar, in all those delicious pastries I eat . . . No way does it harm my body. ”

 

Sorry to tell you but, It certainly does. If you were to study what’s going on in your body, you will find out that these toxins: the sugars, the preservatives in processed foods, the toxic   sprays, GMO corn and soy products, the drugs, even prescription drugs, especially antibiotics . . . accumulate, and over time your body’s natural defense, your immune system, stops functioning properly. The next thing you know, you’re sick. As time goes on the illness can become chronic. The drugs your doctor gives you might seem beneficial, but they too are poisons, designed to mask the real cure.

 

Once you’ve surrendered to the 95% trap, you’re way deep in the rabbit hole. You’ve given yourself to the corporate money pit, which is your cost of Doctors and Drugs and more and more cups of poison. The rabbit hole is the permission you’ve given society to murder you.

 

You see, once you’re addicted to the food, and alcohol and drugs, you’re fucked. Unless . . . you find the guts to SELF-HEAL.

 

This book is about you finding the guts, to make a plan, to reboot your body and have a much much better quality of life.

CHAPTER NINE

 

THE PURPOSE OF EATING WHOLE FOODS

I am writing only for those people who wish to change the course of their life. This is my loving and serving offering. It´s up to you to qualify yourself, using your Will Power, by placing your own LIFE URGE above any remnants of a DEATH URGE. To keep questioning – How strong is my desire to live a long disease free quality life?

We have been programmed from the time of our birth, eating formulas, to grow up not questioning what’s in our foods. That needs to stop now – not in a weak way – but in a strong passion to never return to the habit of eating parasitic and poisonous foods that are slowly but surely killing you. There is no cutting corners – you either dive full on into a new way of eating, or pay the price with your life.

This is what you MUST STOP EATING from now on:

Any foods with chemical ingredients and preservatives.

This means from now on, to the best of your ability, you must stop eating GMO foods or foods sprayed with any sort of chemicals.

TO GET HEALTHY YOU MUST STOP BUYING AND EATING ANY AND ALL PROCESSED AND PACKAGED FOODS. YOU MUST AVOID ALL PASTRY ITEMS; ALL WHEAT, BAKERY, AND FOODS COOKED OR BAKED WITH SUGAR.

THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS AN OCCASIONAL INDULGENCE IN JOY FOOD.

THE WORST POISON YOU CAN PUT IN YOUR BODY IS ANY FOOD THAT SAYS NATURAL FLAVORS ON THE LABEL. THIS IS THE MANUFACTURES DUMPING GROUND FOR UP TO 100 CHEMICALS, INCLUDING A FOOD STABILIZER MADE FROM ABORTED FETAL TISSUE.

 

 STOP EATING

 

SUGAR PRODUCTS – like candy bars, breakfast cereals, pastries, and sugar filled cakes and pies .

PACKAGED OR PROCESSED FOODS – this includes almost everything on supermarket shelves. The conveyor belt processing to stabilize and then packaging any food products depletes it of any vital nutrients. What they add back into to give it so-called nutrients is usually Natural Favorings, which is a poison concoction.

CANNED FOODS – YOU NEED TO DO YOUR RESEARCH – ALL FOODS SITTING IN PLASTIC WITH BPA OR IN A CAN CONTAINER ARE LEACHING FROM THE LININGS POISONOUS CHEMICALS AND ARE ENDOCRINE DISRUPTORS. FOODS SHOULD BE STORED OR SIT IN DARK GLASS CONTAINERS.

STREET FOOD – Most street foods are fried in hydrogenated vegetable oils – which cause inflammation and calcification of arterial cells: known risk factors for coronary heart disease. Read about Nitric Oxide.

It’s most important to note what is NOT listed in Chapter Three. In order to protect your good health, vitality and long life, you’ll need to be vigilant and aware of  the FAKE food industry saboteurs, their poisons which will destroy your good health and shorten your life.

The supermarket food industry is fully aware that their preserved, GMO and chemically altered fake-foods cause the many diseases which ruin your quality of life. Whether you want to believe it or not, the corporations who fill supermarkets with foods, with long shelf lives, sustained with mostly poisonous chemicals and preservatives, are only concerned with bottom line profits and not YOUR good health and longevity.

It’s up to you to create a life free from consuming poisons. It is really a simple matter of breaking bad habits, of choosing a healthy sustainable Life Urge lifestyle -instead of an unhealthy unsustainable Death Urge death style.

If you have a strong Death Urge, this wisdom is only a reminder. That if you want to be healthy and happy, disease free, now and for many quality years of life to come, take the time, study and figure out how you can create meals with all these wonderful foods.

CHAPTER TEN

How the heal yourself within two months

 

Keep in mind that our lives are ruled by HABITS.

 

It take 21 days of abstinence to break a habit, and 21 days to establish a new habit. If you begin full stomach breathing, a twice a day exercise routine, long walks and the basic organic whole foods diet for 21 days, without a break, You will want to continue doing it from then on, to further improve your health.

 

  1. BREATHING – Every single day, when you wake up in the morning and again before you turn off the light at night, lie there and do 5 sets of twenty Belly or Abdominal breaths. The goal of this five minute exercise is to increase oxygen intake by breathing deep, only through your nose, enough to fill your belly with air. This will help slow down your breathing and heart rate. Belly breathing also increases mindfulness and reduces stress; it’s a calming way to begin and end your day. During nasal breathing, your nose releases nitric oxide, a vasodilator, which means it helps to widen blood vessels. This will help improve oxygen circulation in your body.
  2. MORNING AND EVENING EXERCISES – The purpose of these exercise is to strengthen your legs. You can start with sets of ten leg raises, ankle stretches and other Google´s exercises to strengthen your leg muscles.  At first focus on your legs and slowly add full body strengthening exercises. 15 minutes twice a day, every day, is very important.
  3. WALKING – Take daily walks as often as possible, and as far as you dare to go.  They say 10,000 steps a day is a good goal to reach.
  4. WATER – Keep yourself hydrated with good filtered water. A tall glass after the morning exercise and another every 3 hours. Methylene Blue – five drops daily in a glass of water. Many health benefit including improves neuronal functions and brain health.
  5. FOOD – Only eat whole natural Organic foods. A long list of all the good foods to eat are listed in the following pages. It is extremely important that in order to heal Sarcopenia that you eliminate ALL processed and preserved foods.

CHOOSING

My Authentic Self

 

Whatever I choose to do consistently becomes a habit.

I can choose to have positive life enhancing, healthy habits,

or negative self-destructive unhealthy habits.

Even though I know the difference,

I often choose to make unhealthy,

poisoning my body, choices.

Why do that when I’m perfectly able

to choose ways to protect my temple from all harm?

I can start by choosing one bad habit,

abstaining from it for the next 21 days.

One by one, I can be free from all harmful choices.

I choose to honor my Divinity!

CHAPTER ELEVEN

 

NITRIC OXIDE

  • Nitric Oxide a colorless, odorless gas molecule neuro-transmiter fueled by the dietary nitrates in food we eat. known for its vasodilatory properties. Nitric oxide helps relax and widen blood vessels, promoting improved blood flow throughout the body. This effect can result in lower blood pressure, increased circulation, and enhanced delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues and organs. This effect is particularly important for cardiovascular health, as proper blood circulation supports heart function and overall cardiovascular performance.

Nitric Oxide acts as a blood vessel cleanser while relaxing the smooth muscles within the vessel walls, causing them to widen, eliminating the jagged places where parasites and worms thrive. Never forgetting to drink plenty of pure Water and to deep breath in fresh air while walking.

Baking Soda also kills parasites.

But we need food to feed Nitric Oxide.

Before I go any farther, please accept the truth of what destroys Nitric Oxide in our body, which leads to the cause of all diseases. We can identify the disease-causing culprit as blocked blood vessels and the parasites living in our body, which come from almost, if not all, of the processed non-organic supermarket foods we eat. A parasite is an organism that lives on or within another organism, called the host, our body, and obtains nutrients and shelter from it, often causing it tremendous harm. Parasites can be microscopic, like protozoa, or larger, like worms. Once in the human body, they get into our bloodstream and can go everywhere, living in the intestines, blood, or other tissues, and even in our brain. They are nasty invaders that feed off our vital nutrients, which can cause a range of health issues, from mild discomfort to severe illness, leading to disease and death.

If you take a Doritos chip, just one little piece of this processed food, for instance, and put it under a microscope, you will be shocked to find it swimming with worms and parasites, which when eaten are constantly negatively affecting the vitality and health of your body. Imagine sitting in front of the TV and eating one can of Dorito. What you’re really eating is a corn stabilized fake food filled with hundreds of chemicals and preservatives, corn vibrating in a field filled with an army of thousands of worms and parasites. Yum.

 

Simply put, the cure of sarcopenia, and maybe all diseases, is activated by raising our awareness that there are parasites in our body, and we can eliminate them with Nitric Oxide. Imagine a clogged hose. A whole foods pure organic diet with Nitric Oxide cleans and opens the blood vessels, killing the parasites, leading to a long healthy life.

L-ARGININE

 

  • It’s an amino acid, a building block of proteins. The body normally produces enough L-arginine, but it can also be obtained through diet or as a supplement. (Please note these foods are not listed in best to worse order. They are all good for you, unless they are GMO grown and/or field sprayed with harmful poisonous Chemicals. Best to buy from your local organic farmers market.)

VEGETABLES

  1. Spinach, key nutrients = vitamins A, C, and K, as well as folate and several essential minerals like iron and magnesium.  Eating spinach may benefit eye health, reduce oxidative stress, help prevent cancer, and reduce blood pressure levels.
  2. Kale = contains fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamins C and K, iron, and a wide range of other nutrients that can help prevent various health problems.
  3. Collard greens = Rich in dietary fiber and potassium, collard greens help enhance good HDL levels and diminish bad LDL cholesterol, averting plaque and fatty deposits in heart vessels and improving cardiac muscle function and heart health . Boosts Gut Health. Regularly eating collard greens increases your fiber intake.

FISH =  Fatty Omega 3 fish

1.Salmon = Wild Alaskan Salmon is an excellent source of protein, healthy fats like omega-3s, vitamin B12, vitamin D, selenium, and potassium, Not Norwegian salmon. Must not be farmed – fish grown in ponds and fed with nitrates and chemicals are really bad for you.

2. Sardines = an excellent source of protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. Specifically, they are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, calcium, iron, selenium, and vitamin B12.

3.Tuna = a nutritious food source, rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. . It’s particularly well-known for its content of omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins (especially B12), and minerals like selenium and vitamin D. Good quality sea tuna used in sushi is the best.

DAIRY =

1. Eggs =  best when farm fresh pasture raised. key nutrients = Vitamin B12, folate, choline, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, selenium, and iodine

2. Cheese – Not all are created equal but in general it has protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamins A, K, and B.

3. Cottage Cheese = a complete protein source, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids. Protein, calcium ,phosphorus, B vitamins, Selenium, Potassium, Vitamin B12. Low in fat, it can contribute to bone health, weight management, and overall well-being.

4. Greek Yogurt = Contains  calcium, protein, probiotics, iodine,Vitamin B12. Improves bone health. Reduces hunger. Boosts metabolism. Improves gut health. Help with mental health. Builds muscle mass. Lowers blood pressure. Reduces risk of type 2 diabetes

5. Raw cows milk. = provides bio-available calcium , which is lacking in many diets. It is also a good source of vitamin A and iron. Additionally, it’s an excellent source of protein and contains hundreds of different fatty acids, including conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and omega-3s

6. Whey =  Organic Whey is a nutritious supplement offering several health benefits, including muscle building, immune support, and improved digestive health. It’s a complete protein source, providing all essential amino acids, and is often chosen for its high bioavailability.

MEAT

  1. Chicken Breast = Only buy and eat farm and field raised free roaming well fed chickens. Factory farmed Chicken meat is questionable and most likely not a healthy choice – little bodies filled with chemicals.
  2. Lean meat = all meats are best if farm raised on grass pastures. Avoid supermarket cheap meats – where the cattle is fed nitrates and other growth chemicals to quickly fatten them up.  Never eat processed sandwich meats. Or Salami. 
  3. Wild Game = they have no preservatives or additives. If humane and properly hunted and slaughtered it’s most likely good for you.

OILS

  1. Olive Oil = Only use or consume Pure certified organic extra virgin Olive Oil. 80% of olive oils are not pure; diluted with cheap and unhealthy hydrogenated oil. Make sure it says on the label that it’s certified as 100% pure organic extra virgin. California Olive Ranch and several Kirkland Costco oils are certified. NEVER consume any oils on a list of hydrogenated vegetable oils. Or eat foods fried in these oils.
  2. Castor Oil =  taken out from the seeds of the castor plant, has been used for thousands of years for its remarkable health benefits. It has garnered immense popularity for its wide range of health, beauty, and everyday uses. The advantage of castor oil lies in its unique composition, which is rich in ricinoleic acid, which gives it powerful anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Castor oil has many purposes, from improving skin health to boosting hair growth. FOOD WARNING =

The biggest warning before buying processed and packaged food, and most canned foods – is to read the label. Keep in mind that n order for food manufacturers to maintain shelf life, for their food to not go bad, they’ve loaded their foods with really bad poison shit. It is best to AVOID any and all foods with artificial food dyes, nitrates and nitrites, BHA and BHT, aspartame,  potassium bromate, and MSG. Especially in the US – not so much in Europe – they came up with a very clever name where they dump all sorts of bad chemicals (up to 100) including a food stabilizer made from aborted fetal tissue = called NATURAL FLAVORS. They did this to avoid having a long list of impossible to read ingredients. All artificial dyes and any food chemicals are basically poison and should be avoided – should be banned. The US has a new director of health named Robert Kennedy. He says  Europe has banned many chemicals and poisonous ingredients currently found in US foods – like we will have 100 poisonous ingredients in processed foods where Europe will only have 10. Anyway to protect your health its important to try to avoid eating any packaged or processed foods.

  1. Thailand – they have a terribly unhealthy diet frying food in hydrogenated vegetable oil and using poisonous MSG. Might be tasty but especially for the Western gut it´s no good. Same with any fried foods like french fries.
  2. Okinawa – they live to be 100 because they don’t eat any fried or processed foods.

PLEASE NOTE =

In choosing whole organic foods – over processed – most likely poisonous – foods, This takes a tremendous amount of inner strength to reject our favorite foods, which are laced with hidden poisonous chemicals. The first step is to read the label and google the words you don’t understand. Like Natural Flavors, which is the dumping place for 100 nasty chemicals.  I can only recommend that you consider a personal Life Urge solution, that strives to eliminate all old death urge habits, which includes most packaged and processed supermarket foods.
