The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading
for June 29, 2020
I’ve been doing these Spirit Guide readings for 40 years. Today is the 61st time I’ve done this blog with the three different decks together. I’m still blown away with the clarity of the daily readings. In my meditation this morning, I was thinking of the multi-Dimensions of Reality. Later, I checked my email and a friend sent a link re. entering portals to explore other dimensions of reality. (Billy Carson). It came to me that the 3rd dimension represents the “current ego.” The 4th is the “past ego.” And the 5th dimension represents “beyond ego” possibilities; the what’s out there that our 3D ego “I know” mind can’t see or comprehend. Then I got to thinking about my “inner realm” work and if it’s possible for me to go beyond what I think is humanly possible. I drew the card SPIRITUAL DIMENSIONS, but reversed, telling me, of course, if I listen to my inner voice. Our multi-dimensional Spirit Guides are always here to help.. I’ve learned how to communicate with my Spirit Guides, and know I need to ask, what’s next? I drew the card POSSIBILITIES, which told me to not be content, that all possibilities are open to me; and to you. Then the EIGHT OF EARTH, which just popped out of the deck, told me that even masters of their craft have more to learn, and to eagerly embrace the opportunity to go deeper, develop a greater understanding, and find new ways to apply what I/we know. I’m excited about the new to me Possibilities in the Spiritual Dimensions; in gaining knowledge, learning and employing a new multi-dimensional craft or skill.
THE READING
The Elements Tarot: SPIRITUAL DIMENSIONS:
Inner planes. Experience of other dimensions. Channeling. Communication with higher forces. Psychic powers.
REVERSED: Unattentiveness to spiritual guidance and influences. Not listening to the inner voice. Unused capacity for channeling.
Osho Zen Tarot: 2 of Fire – POSSIBILITIES
Don’t be content easily. Those who remain content easily remain small: small are their joys, small are their ecstasies, small are their silences, small is their being. But there is no need! This smallness is your own imposition upon your freedom, upon your unlimited possibilities, upon your unlimited potential.
“This card indicates that you are at a point where the world of possibilities is open to you. Because you have grown more loving toward yourself, more self-contained, you can work easily with others. Because you are relaxed and at ease, you can recognize possibilities as they present themselves, sometime even before others can see them. Because you are in tune with your own nature, you can understand that existence is providing you with exactly what you need. Enjoy the flight! And celebrate all the varied wonders of the landscape spread before you.”
The Good Tarot: EIGHT OF EARTH – Apprenticeship, gaining knowledge, learning and employing a new craft or skill.
“Even masters of their craft have more to learn, and I eagerly embrace the opportunity to go deeper, develop a greater understanding, and find new ways to apply what I know. I acknowledge all I have learned and accomplished, the skills I have developed, and the goals I have reached. Now is the time to find new ways to apply what I know, to enhance my expertise. My beginner’s awkwardness has melted away, and I know what I am doing now. I have the confidence to become more intimate with the work in all areas of my life.”
WHERE TO BEGIN IN SELF-EXPLORATION
My life began as a Catholic, and then I studied all the religions. In my early 20’s I started learning about Astrology, and later studied Human Design and Gene Keys. I also worked with the I Ching and Runes, and of course the Tarot. Shaman studies made me realize that I’m a Multi-dimensional Man.
I think our lives are way too complicated to leave it to chance. If we don’t use any of the many “know yourself” tools, then those tricksters with their vast arsenal of mind programmings, will take charge. They’ll make it so you’ll never really know yourself; your Authentic Self. When you finally realize how your mind has been programmed, you’ll need a make-over. Thus begins your Journey of Self-Realization.
Probably everyone knows their astrological sign. But what does it really mean? I was born on January 30, 1947 at 7:02 am in Springfield, Virginia. What can I discover from my date, time and place of birth. Loads.
I won’t go into a whole astrological reading, but I’m an Aquarius. A double Aquarius, with Aquarius rising, born at the dawning of the Age of Aquarius; the beginning of 5th Dimensional consciousness.
“When peace will guide the planets and Love will steer the stars.”
Here is what it says about Aquarius rising: you have a clearer sense of individuality by stepping back and learning to look at life from an objective position. Such a detached perspective allows for a clear and logical assessment of the situations around you.
My Sun, Mercury and Mars are clumped together in the 1st house. You can read me like a book. I choose my own way in life, both mentally and energetically, and instead of relying on family, I forge my own place in the sun. So apparently I was born to be independent.
Then Human Design makes it clear that I’m to do ‘inner word” for the “collective.” Being a creator – my writing and art is a gift to humanity.
Chinese Astrology says that I like to explore new ideas and will succeed given the right support; that I can find great happiness.
Numerology says with my birth on the 30th I have a highly developed talent for creativity. I’m an artist at heart. I could excel in writing, visual or performing arts. If I’m not professionally involved in one of these areas, I should consider taking up art as a hobby.
That’s interesting since for most of my life I was a working professional ceramic artist, and for the past 18 years I’ve been writing books.
My birth numbers add up to Seven. The number 7 is the seeker, the thinker, the searcher of Truth. The 7 doesn’t take anything at face value — it is always trying to understand the underlying, hidden truths. The 7 knows that nothing is exactly as it seems and that reality is often hidden behind illusions. Hmmm.
Consider what this essay, my blogs, are all about.
In the Tarot the 7 is the Chariot. The Chariot is the knight who leaves the castle for long periods of time, then returns to tell the people tales of the world out there. In real life I’m a world traveler, having lived in Thailand for over seven years, and now in Mexico, writing a blog, mostly about self exploration, everyday.
