Shaman Wisdom #57

The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading

for June 25, 2020

As it is everyday, today’s reading is fascinating. It begins with HAPPINESS; bliss, joy springing from the direct experience of the spiritual self and ends with the Buddha card; TEN OF WATER – serenity, peace, good fortune, well-being. This is what I noted upon waking; how grateful I am, how blessed I am to be alive, and so strong and healthy at my age, living in the perfect house in the perfect location, in total freedom; not SUPRESSION. And yet I drew that card. It reminded me that whereas in physical reality I’m alone but in actual reality, I am never alone; I am One with All. The whole world has been suppressed; in lockdown, and the riots are nothing but the controlled suppressions coming to a point where people cannot handle them anymore. Individual insanity has taken to the streets, proclaiming itself sane and reasonable; and yet in the realms of personal self-realization, their expressions are far from serenity, peace, good fortune and well-being. It is not my place to fight against those who are violently upset; my place is to be a still point and expand my ONENESS through my meditation and prayer, out to the World; so that tiny sliver of Light I express, may enter; so possibly one suppressed person will have a direct experiences with their spiritual Self and finally attain true HAPPINESS.

THE READING

The Elements Tarot: HAPPINESS:

Pleasure, contentment. Experiencing love and freedom.

REVERSED: Bliss. Joy springing from the direct experience of the spiritual self.

Osho Zen Tarot: 10 of Fire – SUPPRESSION:

In Sanskrit the name is alaya vigyan, the house where you go on throwing into the basement things that you want to do but you cannot, because of social conditions, culture, civilization. But they go on collecting there, and they affect your actions, your life, very indirectly. Directly, they cannot face you – you have forced them into darkness, but from the dark side they go on influencing your behavior. They are dangerous, it is dangerous to keep all those inhibitions inside you. It is possible that these are the things that come to a climax when a person goes insane. Insanity is nothing but all these suppressions coming to a point where you cannot control them anymore. But madness is acceptable, while meditation is not – and meditation is the only way to make you absolutely sane.

“The real message of the card is to find a healing outlet for this potential explosion. It is essential to find a way to release whatever tensions and stresses might be building up inside you right now. Beat on a pillow, jump up and down, go out into the wilderness and scream at the empty sky – anything to shake up your energy and allow it to circulate freely. Don’t wait for a catastrophe to happen.”

The Good Tarot: TEN OF WATER – Serenity, peace, good fortune, well-being

All is well with the world and with me. Well-being is my natural state. Everything I need comes to me easily and effortlessly. I feel joy and express it to others as I look around and see all the love that we share. I take pleasure in all I have accomplished. Whatever attention I receive or don’t receive, I am serene, for I know full well what it took for me to get where I am. I celebrate myself and all who traveled the road with me and feel grateful to Spirit for being my companion always.”

RADIANCE

Why I write these blogs

I write in praise of the human Spirit; about our power to change an ordinary life, to the life we’ve always wanted: a life of happiness, great health, and the energetic motivation to make our dreams come true.

Learning to love myself, for you to love yourself, is a complex journey. Hopefully my  SHAMAN WISDOM revelations will open a conversation, stimulate some new soul searching’s, or kick your ass so you’ll love yourself more.

Self-Healing, dealing with our body, is as complex than Self Loving. I can love the hell out of myself, but if I don’t pay attend to the food I eat, and exercise daily, I’ll be dead much sooner than later. When we love our Self, we naturally want to be holistically healthy, so we can make love, travel, dance, play, and enjoy life to the fullest.

All of what I write in these blogs will emphasize Self Motivation, the will to ignite our Spirit and approach life with a renewed Passion. Each morning I/we begin a new journey; free to choose a joy-filled life, or not. My life changed when I finally took responsibility to do whatever it took to love and heal myself: to be Radiant.

The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading

for June 24, 2020

Today is yet another beautiful day in Todos Santos, Mexico. Sunny and not a clould in the sky. Perfect temperature. It’s been like this for four solid months. I’m blessed with peace and tranquility. While so much turmoil, mis-information and dis-ease has plunged the USA and the world into fear and confusion, my world has been all about SLOWING DOWN, reviewing who I really am. I’m an elder man, as healthy as ever, spending 24 hours each day sleeping, waking, sitting, walking, doing what I enjoy doing, being . . . here in my “This Next Moment Meditation.” I had written a book titled Zen for the 21st Century, saying the new Zen isn’t like the old Zen; master and student. In the new zen “there is no need to do anything but rest in the fullness of who you are right now.” My “job” as a Way Shower is to remind you of “Who You Are.” A living God or Goddess! Most have simply forgotten, and many are now remembering; awakening. Today you can be The MASTER. The KING OF WATER.

THE READING

The Elements Tarot:  THE MASTER:

Use of spiritual powers. Ability to initiate or transmute creation. Also the ability to respond with unconditional love in any situation. Purity of the self.

REVERSED: Perfecting specific talents. Mastery in business, the arts, or a field of research.

Osho Zen Tarot: Knight of Rainbows – SLOWING DOWN:

Meditation is a kind of medicine – its use is only for the time being. Once you have learned the quality, then you need not do any particular meditation, then the meditation has to spread all over your life. Walking is Zen. Sitting is Zen. Talking or silent, moving, unmoving, the essence is at ease. That is the keyword. The essence is at ease: that is the key statement. Do whatsoever you are doing, but at the deepest core remain at ease, cool, calm, centered.

“It is time when you are ready to let go of any expectations you have had about yourself or other people, and to take responsibility for any illusions you might have been carrying. There is no need to do anything but rest in the fullness of who you are right now. If desires and hopes and dreams are fading away, so much the better. Their disappearance is making space for a new quality of stillness and acceptance of what is, and you are able to welcome this development in a way you have never been able to before. Savor this quality of slowing down, of coming to rest and recognizing that you are already at home.”

The Good Tarot: KING OF WATER  “I honor and respect all beings, including myself, and see the commonalities we share and the Spirit that is in all of us. I listen to other voices and blend them with my own wisdom before settling on an opinion, making a decision or taking action. I gently and lovingly lead others away from fear and divisiveness and into harmonious collaboration.”

WHO WE ARE

I participated in all creation.

Sparked by the One and many gods.

I co-created myself.

I co-created All That Is.

Living in purity and perfection

Within the laws of nature and creation

I express totally and completely as the God That I Am.

I am an uniquely beautiful manifestation

Of God in expression.

What went wrong?

Doubt posed the question.

A question seeks an answer;

Often questionable answers, doubtful answers;

Answers encapsulated in an egos version of truth.

Doubt dilutes the existential truth:

God is therefore I Am

Without doubt

How dare I doubt the truth of my Perfection?

I am an amazing work of art.

A billion movements occur in perfect harmony,

Dancing within the Universe of My Creation.

Why do I forget I Am God?

Don’t I realize that as God I can be the man I choose to be?

As a man I can choose to be the Expression of Love.

Love is the key to all manifestation, for everyone.

As God/man, a good man, I can manifest abundance;

I can achieve Self-Realization and actualize the Truth of Truths.

I can effortlessly use my Creative Energy to express my Soul Purpose;

I can live my life in Harmony and Balance, in Vibrant Health;

I can live an Illuminated life of purity and simplicity;

A life with no limits, the life of a God embodied; as I am meant to be.

(and it goes on . . )

I am God. I am Love. I am You.

You are God and We Are One.

I am deathless, ageless and eternal.

There is not a thing in life and light

That I am not. And so it is with you.

The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading

for June 23, 2020

This morning I was reminded about how important it is to consider “divine order” in my/our everyday life. For the past 55 days of doing this blog, I have a lovely beginning to each day. I get our of bed around 8am, drink water and go sit on my front porch in quiet meditation for around half an hour. I then come in and make some coffee and do my reading. This morning I broke my habit. I got up, opened my computer and listened to the news. Then I did my Elements reading and the first card was HESITATION reversed = repressed anger. It dawned on me I pull this particular card only when I disturb my divine order, as I had done this morning. As an empath, I take on the energy of the news; the anger of the world out there.

I stopped that reading and went outside and sat in my meditation for half an hour, and then returned and started over. Most appropriately I now got HEIGHT, which is “action directed by inner guidance.” The inner guidance was to start my day over; to return to my divine order. TRUST told me when I go with my inner wisdom, don’t fill my mind with unnecessary and disturbing information, to go with my divine order, to be the QUEEN OF WATER loving, cherishing and nurturing myself, only then, will my life continue to be a real treasure; the change I want to see in the world where my love and compassion, even on the “inner planes,” can inspire others.”]

THE READING

The Elements Tarot: HEIGHT:

Attainment. Wisdom. Success. Action directed by inner guidance.

REVERSED: Fear of failure. Aspiring for success while maintaining a limiting self image. Self doubt.

Osho Zen Tarot: Knight of Water – TRUST:

Don’t waste your life for that which is going to be taken away. Trust Life. If you trust, only then can you drop your knowledge, only then can you put your mind aside. And with trust, something immense opens up. Then this life is no longer ordinary life, it becomes full of God, overflowing. When the heart is innocent and the walls have disappeared, you are bridged with infinity. And you are not deceived; there is nothing that can be taken away from you. That which can be taken away from you is not worth keeping, and that which cannot be taken away from you, why should one be afraid of its being taken away? – it cannot be taken away, there is no possibility. You cannot lose your real treasure.

“The leap is the thing, and the thrill of it as we free-fall through the empty sky. This card gives a hint here, though, about what waits for us on the other end – a soft, welcoming, yummy pink, rose petals, juicy . . . c’mon!”

The Good Tarot:  QUEEN OF WATER  compassion, emotional security, generosity, self-love and self-care, healer.

“I am comfortable in my own skin. I love, cherish and nurture myself. I am the best friend to myself. My relationship with others reflect my security in knowing I am always worthy of love and respect. I heal myself so I can be the change I want to see in the world and so my compassion can inspire others.”

The Master – glazed clay sculpture by Dakan

The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading

for June 22, 2020

Today’s reading is a little wake up call to living a balanced life. I can call myself a MASTER, but is that not a bit of a HUMOR statement of lightness without depth? Have I totally integrated the Master, as identified below, into myself? I go in and out of mind, but I’m not so sure its possible to be a true Master and still be human, still express love, happiness and humor; any emotion. PATIENCE reminds me that being a master, for me, is to stay in alignment with my life-purpose; the be a Creator, to live a balance human life; every single day doing my very best to be as aware, alive and enthusiastic as humanly possible.

THE READING

The Elements Tarot: HUMOR: Bringing expansion and play fulness into actions. Lightness of spirit. Expression of joy. Release of negativity through laughter.

REVERSED: Lightness without depth. Expressing thoughts and feelings without integrating and evaluating them first.

Osho Zen Tarot: THE MASTER

Beyond mind, there is am awareness that is intrinsic, that is not given to you by the outside, that is not an idea – and there is no experiment up to now that has found any center in the brain which corresponds to awareness. The whole work of.meditation is to make you aware of all that is “mind” and dis-identify yourself from it. That very separation is the greatest revolution that can happen to man.

Now you can do and act on only that which makes you more joyous, fulfills you, give you contentment, makes your life a work of art, a beauty. But this is possible only if the master in you is awake. Right now the master is asleep. And the mind, the servant, is playing the role of master. And the servant is not even your servant, the servant is created by the outside world, it follows the outside world and its laws.

Once your awareness becomes a flame, it burns up the whole slavery that the mind has created. There is no blissfulness more precious than freedom, than being a master of your own destiny.

The Good Tarot: PATIENCE – Moderation

“This card reminds me that patience will being me into recognition of and alignment with my purpose. All my needs are met even thought I may not see it yet in the outer, visible world. The angels are looking out for me. Moderation in all things is required right now.”

Spirit Dreamer – Original mask by Dakan

The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading

for June 21, 2020

I love doing these readings. This is Shaman Wisdom reading #53, but so far this year I have pulled these cards to connect with my Spirit Guides, for 83 straight days. So, I’m intimate with the perfection of how the cards drop. Yesterday the card PLAY jumped out of the deck. It told me to shrug off disappointments or difficulties by being fluid and open minded. PLAY jumped out of the deck again today. I should have gone with PLAY but I reshuffled and got the card HESITATION. I don’t like that card. I’ve pulled it many times and I don’t need to be reminded that I’m not owning my power. I think I am. So I put it back in the 108 card deck and thoroughly shuffled and pulled a third card. It was HESITATION yet again, this time in reverse; that I’m still holding on to anger. I had no idea what that’s about so I shuffled the Osho Tarot and got the card COMPLETION. That card took me to the place where thinking “I don’t have anger” is an incomplete notion. The truth is “I am that too.” That is the premise of my Zen teachings. The final card, the THREE OF FIRE, reminded me that lower emotions such as anger are out of integrity Ego manifestations. The Truth of My Being is “I am on the right path towards my success. I have abundance of opportunities before me. I need to trust myself, for I can make good choices for myself.”

THE READING

The Elements Tarot: HESITATION:

Holding back, uncertainty. Not owning your power. Constriction in the power chakra.

REVERSED: Anger. Surfacing of repressed emotion.

Osho Zen Tarot: COMPLETION (The World) –

This is the way of Zen, not o say things to their completion. This has to be understood; it is a very important methodology. Not to say everything means to give an opportunity to the listener to complete it. All answers are incomplete. The master has only given you a direction . . .  By the time your reach the limit, you will know what is going to remain. This way, if somebody is trying to understand Zen intellectually  he will fail. It is not an answer to the question but something more than the answer. It is indicating the very reality . . . The buddha nature is not something far away – your very consciousness is buddha nature. And your consciousness can witness these things which constitute the world. The world will end but the mirror will remain, mirroring nothing.

“Whatever has been absorbing your time and energy is now coming to an end. In completing it, you will be clearing the space for something new to begin. Use this interval to celebrate both – the end of the old and the coming of the new.”

The Good Tarot: THREE OF FIRE – Expansion of opportunities, the fullness of creativity; achievement.

“I am on the right path towards my success. I have abundance of opportunities before me. I need to trust myself, for I can make good choices for myself.”

WHY WE HOLD ONTO THINGS LIKE ANGER

The Highway Shaman

Most people will hold on to their core issuesuntil the day they die.

Changing our core programming isnt anywhere close to changing a flat tire. Except core issue problems often keep us stuck on the side of the road.

Many studies have shown that a childs personality, and sense of self-esteem, is set for life by age five. Others say by the age of three, while still others go back to before birth. Human Design has established that your life design is set 180 days before you are born, and your personality set at the time of birth. John Bowlby, a psychoanalyst (1907-1990) believed that life-long mental health and behavioral patterns are established in the first two years of life.

We all continue on with our lives, wanting to fix that flat tire, wanting to change, and maybe we do a little bit, but most core behavioral patterns remain the same. A friend of mine had a core feeling of unworthiness. Nevertheless he rose to the top of his industry, winning two Grammy Awards. He looked and acted successful. He had wealth and fame. All the while he felt unworthy, afraid he would be discovered as a fraud, convinced he didnt deserve the awards and the acclaim. His success was so contrary to his core belief that his only solution was to take his own life.

Most motivational speakers, new age pundits, positive thinking and inspirational teachers wont tell us the truth: you, me and everyone we know is screwed up in one way or another and have been since our first five years of life. Maybe even before we were born.

No matter how many books we read or seminars we attend, Id say 99.9% of us are screwed up by default, because we were thrown into a less than perfect human environment. If you think parents, siblings, education, religion, playground, movies, TV, social interaction and media didn’t damage your mind in one way or another, then I suggest you delete or burn this book, and proclaim yourself the new messiah. Go ahead, sit on your throne and watch what happens. Good luck.

And if you are the messiah, its because the culture you were born into recognized you as one at the exact moment of conception, showered your mother with love and song and positivity until the joyous day of your birth, and all that love and song and positivity never stopped . . . and here you are. The messiah nobody will recognize. Well, that didnt happen to you, did it? Most likely not even close.

Shaman Wisdom #52

The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading

for June 20, 2020

Right after my morning meditation, I started drawing. For the past several years I couldn’t find a suitable rendering of one of my characters, Robert St. Clair, so I decided to draw him myself; to go for it without copying. He turned out younger than 80, but what the heck? This was my PLAY. I then pulled the INTENSITY card, which reminded me that I’ve always demanded myself to be  Authentic. As an artist I could never copy anyone. I allowed up to 1000 faces to shape themselves in clay, always surprised with who shows up. I have never been interested in taking a drawing class. Whatever comes out of me is my art, nobody else’s. I have alway known that Spirit has guided me; that the MAGICIAN  is within me; a divine creator uniquely gifted. Because I drew this before my daily reading, its if most profound to me,

THE READING

The Elements Tarot:  PLAY:

Excitement and openness. Spontaneity. Shrugging off disappointments or difficulties by being fluid and open minded. Self enjoyment.

REVERSED: Motion and change that exists within creation. Timing in events and activities.

Osho Zen Tarot: Knight of Fire – INTENSITY:

Zen says: Think of all the great words and great teachings as your deadly enemy. Avoid them, because you have to find your own source. You have not to be a follower, an imitator. You have to be an original individual; you have to find your innermost core on your own, with no guide, no guiding scriptures. It is a dark night, but with the intense fire of inquiry you are bound to come to the sunrise.  Everybody who has burned with intense inquiry has found the sunrise. Others only believe. Those who believe are not religious, they are simply avoiding the great adventure of religion by believing.

“When you act with the intensity of the Knight of Fire it is likely to create ripples in the waters around you. Some will fell uplifted and refreshed by you presence, others may fell threatened or annoyed. But the opinions of others matter little; nothing can hold you back right now.”

The Good Tarot:

THE MAGICIAN:  Alchemy.

“When I am in alignment with Spirit’s will, miracles are possible. When I see this card, I’m reminded that my will and skill alone will yield limited results. When I remember my partnership with Spirit, all is well. I’m required to explore my commitment to this co-creative alchemical relationship and see the results manifest beautifully Through me, Spirit works magic.”

Shaman Wisdom #51

“Tanquility” glazed ceramic vessel by Dakan

The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading

for June 19, 2020

I am truly BREAKING THROUGH to the “other side,” which I call 5th Dimensional consciousness, in my dedication to self-realization. Every morning right after I wake up, I sit in SILENCE for at least one-half hour, coming home to my Self. I am blessed to have perfect weather daily, to sit out on my front deck, to listen to the songs of birds and the cooing of chickens in the distance. It’s not 100% silent, but close enough. In my here and now, I have no doubt that I have been called to fall in Love with myself. As the MESSENGER OF WATER says, “I am love and love flows into me powerfully.” And then out again with these readings I share with the world. (please note: the simple “thought” of sending love and understanding out to the world, has tremendous power.)

THE READING

The Elements Tarot: BREAKING THROUGH:

Recognizing and addressing self-limitations. Personal growth.

REVERSED: Dedicated and empowered approach to enlightenment.

Osho Zen Tarot: SILENCE (The Star) –

The energy of the whole has taken possession of you. You are possessed, you are no more, the whole is. This moment, as the silence penetrates in you, you can understand the significance of it, because it is the same silence that Gautam Buddha experienced. It is the same silence Chiang Tzu or Bodhidharma or Nasen . . . The taste of the silence is the same. Time changes, the world goes on changing, but the experience of silence, the joy of it, remains the same. That is the only thing you can rely upon, the only thing that never dies. It is the only thing that you can call your very being.

“Now is the time to come home to yourself. The understanding and insights that come to you in these moments will be manifested later on, in a more outgoing phase of your life.”

The Good Tarot: MESSENGER OF WATER – Romantic attraction, chivalry, admiration, seeing the best in others, heightened emotional awareness, a call to fall in love with yourself.

“I need to look for the best in others and honor it even when it seems a challenge to do so. My attractions stem from self-love and a knowledge that I am a part of all love, which takes many forms. Each exquisite in its own way. I can have what I desire. There is no need  for jealousy, anger, resentment or fear when I am love and love flows into me powerfully.”

Love is a very private and personal thing.

Love is undefinable, since everyone has their own take on, their own definition, of what love is. No matter what religions’ profess, inspirational poetry conveys, stories tell, seminar teachers teach, and guru’s proclaim: love is unique to you: it is selfish.

If I were to write a whole book about love, telling you that real love ‘should be’ unconditional and heart-felt, my advice will mean nothing the moment you’re angry with someone or something, telling them they ‘should’ behave differently: under your conditions, the conditions of a ‘just’ society, or the ‘Laws of God.’

Every day I make decisions, you make decisions, regarding how to express love. It will always be a private and personal decision.

This is one of my ways . . .

Shaman Wisdom #50

The Emperor – glazed ceramics by Dakan

The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading

for June 18, 2020

I like that I got these three cards: STRENGTH, EMPEROR and ADVENTURE. I believe that before we can embark on a meaningful adventure, we must strengthen our self-esteem, self-respect and yes, self-love. In doing so we become brave enough to follow our own authority. At the conclusion of each life experience or adventure we become stronger and our tool-belt of wisdom grows. Eventually, secure in our high self-esteem, with a clear goal or vision, we become somewhat fearless, prepared and ready to move on to the next greater thing. In this way we become the Emperor or Empress, Magician or Shaman, the self-appointed Teacher or Master of our life; compelled to share the wisdom of our being. As I do here every day.

THE READING

The Elements Tarot: STRENGTH:

Perseverance. Continuity of purpose. Ability to pursue objectives in spite of obstacles. Fortitude.

REVERSED: Self-esteem, self-respect.

Osho Zen Tarot:  Page of Rainbows – ADVENTURE:

Zen says truth has nothing to do with authority, truth has nothing to do with tradition, truth has nothing to do with the past – truth is a radical, personal realization. You have to come to it. Danger will be there sacrifice, with be there; you will be moving every day into the unknown, into the unchartered, and there will be no map to follow, no guide to follow. Yes, there are millions of dangers and you will go astray and you can get lost, but that is the only way one grows. Insecurity is the only way to grow, to face danger is the only way to grow, to accept the challenge of the unknown is the only way to grow.

“Whenever we move into the new and unknown with the trusting spirit of a child, innocent and open and vulnerable, even the smallest things of life can become the greatest adventure.”

The Good Tarot: EMPEROR:  Authority:  Following the rules right now is exactly what I should be doing. People in authority come to my aid and give me good advice when I ask for it. I can have the strong confident that this card suggests. Dealing with institutions such as banks and governments are also highlighted at this time.

Ego. The endless “I’m right” battle of Separation. Fired and painted clay by Dakan

The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading

for June 17, 2020

I’ve known this time of Great Transformation has been coming for most of my life. Nobody said it would be pretty. As a GUARDIAN, I observe and believe the vast majority of the people on earth are currently in the birth canal, leaving the Age of Pisces, entering into the Age of Aquarius. It’s time to go BEYOND the ILLUSION; to bring doubt into reality: this is happening! The world is in a battle between holding on and letting go. It’s more than obvious that every sort of Ego emotion we can think of has been churned up in what’s now happening. Most everyone is caught in the sac; mixed up in the soup of birthing fluid. The EIGHT OF WATER speaks of a journey of discovery, of letting go and seeking a deeper meaning and greater authenticity, moving beyond superficiality into the all of what’s happening. Awareness. Holding on to the darknes or letting go into the Light.

There is Ego and Spirit. Ego is about “being right,” taking sides, defending, and continuing in conflict. Spirit is all about Love and Compassion; Understanding. Giving and Forgiving.

Politics is only part of the quagmire we’re now in; part of the pre-birth churning going on inside the womb. If you’re lost in the “being right,” taking sides, defending, and continuing in conflict separation Ego, that’s where you’ll be until you allow yourself to go Beyond that Illusion; to be rebirthed; returning to innocense; excited to be Free; to express happiness in this glorious New Day.

My life is about Spirit – as simple as that. I’m a divine creator. I write these blogs, craft my novels, make jewelry and do drawings. I pray for peace, love, happiness and understanding for ALL people of this planet during this very confusing time. I make it very simple – I am no longer in the birth canal. Whenever an Ego emotion arises, I tell myself “it’s not mine.” I’m a 5th dimensional observer, a Way Shower, a GUARDIAN. here to remind myself and others that we have a choice. I choose Love.

THE READING

The Elements Tarot: GUARDIAN:

Guidance and support from other people and spiritual beings. Guardian angel.

REVERSED: Guiding and supporting people or projects. Being a guardian.

Osho Zen Tarot: BEYOND ILLUSION (Judgment)

This is the only distinction between the dream and the real: reality allows you to doubt, and the dream does not allow you to doubt. The capacity to doubt is one of the greatest blessings to humanity.

“This card reminds us to not look outside for what is real, but to look within. Drop your opinionated mind and move within. There, you can relax into your own deepest truth, where the difference between dream and reality is already known.”

The Good Tarot: EIGHT OF WATER –

Journey of discovery, letting go and seeking a deeper meaning and greater authenticity, beyond superficiality.

“All that glitters isn’t gold, and I know that I always deserve authentic riches, the gold that fills me with joy, abundance and understanding. I fearlessly pause to reexamine where I have been, where I am, and where I might go. Now I consciously choose the path that is right for me instead of the one that seems likely to draw  me into it – or the one I think I ought to walk. I am true to my heart. I’ve come as far as I can, and I leave by the wayside the last vestiges of illusion, the last bits of fear and shame. I will no longer hold on to what isn’t right for me.”

Shaman Wisdom #48

“Love is all there is” fired and painted by Dakan

The Highway Shaman Wisdom Reading

for June 16, 2020

I love this reading. I always love when the CREATIVITY card shows up. The Osho card was RESOLUTION, reminding me/us to use my/our “inner resources.” That our whole life becomes a prayer when we find “our truth within.” I do this by seeking daily wisdom with these Spirit Guide readings, which is all about sitting here, going within, and asking for inner guidance, which has nothing to do with anyone or anything outside of My Self. Because I “go within” I can “pause and acknowledge all I co-created, and I do it joyfully.”

THE READING

The Elements Tarot: RESOLUTION:

Creating peace and stability by developing new or manifesting dormant abilities, approaches or resources. Using inner resources.

REVERSED: Bringing wholeness and peace to an unstable situation with the aid of spiritual forces. Inner work, prayer.

Osho Zen Tarot: CREATIVITY (The Empress)

If you have found the truth within yourself there is nothing more in the whole existence to find. When you are cured, you throw away the meditation, you throw away the medicine. Then you live as truth – alive, radiant, contented, blissful, a song unto yourself. Your whole life becomes a prayer without any words, or better to say a playfulness, a grace, a beauty which does not belong to our mundane world, a ray of light coming from the beyond into the darkness of our world.

“There are times in our lives when too many voices seem to be pulling us this way and that. Our very confusion in such situations is a reminder to seek silence and centering within. Only then are we able to hear our truth.”

The Good Tarot: NINE OF WATER – Dreams come true, wishes fulfilled, completion, enjoyment, contentment, achievement of desire.

“It is right to say no to what isn’t right for me, and now is my time to experience wishes fulfilled, and sweet harvest that came about from seeds I planted. I drink in the aroma of successful endeavor, take pride in my hard work and achievement, and savor the satisfaction of a job well done. I deserve to pause and acknowledge all I co-created, and I do it joyfully.”

LOVE

I love writing about the full spectrum of LOVE. Self love. Romantic love. Sexual love. Casual love. Friendship love. Subjective love. Life Passion love. Spiritual love. Universal love. Earth love and so on. Lots to love out there to choose from.

Love, love, love, love is just about the most misunderstood word there is. Every time the word is thrown out, it is subject to the interpretation of the listener, who may have an entirely different definition of love, than the speaker.

Love is the best thing happening on this planet. Always was, always will be. It’s an infinitely expandable treasure to share.

To most people, love is a limited concept. They love within their definition, i.e. one of the above. I don’t do that. My love bunches them all together. My love for you is about loving myself, it’s romantic, sexual, casual, friendly, specific, part of my life passion, universal, spiritual and definitely grounded in Mother Earth.

Well, that can be pretty confusing if the gal just wants to be your friend. But how can I separate love? How can I love her less than my beloved when she indeed is an aspect of my beloved, or less than I love God when she is an aspect of God, less than I love the earth, since she is the daughter of Mother Earth, or less my teddy bear, when she is so adorable? How can I hold back love if I’m full of it?

Love is related to the degree in which one loves themselves. I won’t pretend to love anyone or anything less than I love myself. And that’s big.

The more you love yourself, the easier it is to love everyone and everything.

The problem with humans is that we judge. We’re judgment machines. Judgment is separation. We say I love this, I don’t love that. I love dogs, I hate cats. I love America/ns. I hate Russia/ns, and so on. It’s easy to love what makes us feel good: a kitten, your kids, a flower, a field of flowers, the person who found a place in your heart. The bigger the list, the better. I see this as positive love; a good choice.

I’m all for good choices. I’m all for choosing love in any form, in all forms.

Gandhi, Jesus, and all the high saints and masters who taught love, loved just about everyone and everything.

They also taught that you can love “everyone,” but not approve of what individual people choose to do. Those who choose fear and hate, control and abuse of power, over love and acceptance, freedom and allowing.

They didn’t approve of the destructive, fear-filled, hurtful and hateful behavior of certain people or groups of people.

Regardless, they taught that All people, All life, deserves love.
